What happens to excess Agent Green that does not react?

In the case that a large surplus of  Agent Green is left over  from the reaction due to insufficient phosphate or calcium levels, the extra lanthanum chloride will simply continue to exist in the water column until it is able to achieve a reaction that precipitates phosphate from the water column.  This is not unsafe for livestock.
