What does "anhydrous" mean?
Anhydrous simply means that it does not include water or moisture. ATM’s Hot Salt is unique because it contains the highest grade anhydrous materials. Impurities make their way into a salt primarily through contained moisture. The less moisture, the less impurities the salt will contain. Also, it means less weight. The difference can be up to 20% more salt for the money.
